Confusion will drive customers away, so make sure that it is easy for them to find their way around the site and to select the items that they want to purchase. Using a secure server will increase security and user confidence. Many sites also store details on regular customers so that they can simply repeat their last order. Features like this will encourage individuals to return to your site again.

Many companies choose to link their websites with others so that more people will visit their site. This method is a cheap and easy way to get more visitors and potentially more sales. By keeping your site simple and easy to use you are more likely to increase your online sales and to attract repeat customers.
