   Biometric Clocks

Biometric time clocks are employee time clocks that require the individual to scan their fingerprint to punch in and punch out of work. Biometric time clocks use fingerprint recognition technology to insure that employees are working when they are supposed to be.

Traditional card punch time clocks are vulnerable to what is commonly known as buddy punching, the practice of one individual punching another persons time card for them should they leave early or arrive late.

Using peoples’ fingerprints to clock individuals in and out of work, biometric time clocks are fool proof. Since every individual’s fingerprints are unique biometric time clocks eliminate employee time clock fraud in the work place.
