Settlement Funding

Settlement Funding is the purchasing
of Settlement type payments by a company. Beneficial in that
Settlement Funding can garner an individual a lump sum of
cash as opposed to the smaller structured payments they may
be receiving. However the lump sum will be a percentage of
the total value of the lump sum payments not the entire
amount.
Companies will purchase just one of the payments or
the entire Settlement. The amount they will give you is
based upon the total value of the Structured Settlement
factored in with interest rates and time. |
